Sellers come first

Selling a business is a full time job.
Let it be ours.

Most owners sell a business once in their life. You do not have to know how. We price it with you, build the buyer presentation, lock your documents in a data room, bring it to buyers who are already registered, and field every call. Nobody hears a word until you decide.

Confidential by design You approve every step About 2 minutes
  • Priced from what it really earnsWe work through the value with you from your financial statements, and you set the asking price.
  • A package buyers take seriouslyYour story, your numbers and the proof behind them, on a page a buyer can test instead of a PDF they skim once.
  • A private data roomYour documents stay locked and open one stage at a time.
Your free sale planStep 1 of 3

First, the business.

Nothing on this screen identifies you or the company.

Or pick your industry

Loading industries…

Free. No obligation. "Someday, just curious" is a fine answer.

The numbers, roughly.

All optional. Each one makes the estimate we bring back to you closer.

Where do we send your plan?

Your plan, walked through personally: what it could sell for and exactly how we would sell it.

A Senior Deal Advisor calls or emails you with your plan, right after your file is reviewed. Nothing else.

Free. No obligation. Nobody hears your business is for sale.

The part nobody warns you about

The hard part isn't deciding to sell.

It's everything after. Most owners are doing this for the first time, alone, while still running the company.

Paperwork on a desk
A tradesperson on the job
Every one of these is our job now.
01
No number you can trustWithout an estimate built from your real figures, you can't tell a fair offer from a lowball.
02
Nothing a buyer can readStatements in a drawer, photos on your phone, the story in your head. Buyers expect a package, and building one is a job of its own.
03
No protection around the word getting outNo confidentiality agreement of your own, and every conversation is a chance for staff, customers or competitors to hear it first.
04
Strangers who were never buyingThey ask for your financials, eat your evenings, and disappear.

You run the business. We prepare the sale, and you approve every step.

What we build for you

Not a PDF. A live presentation
of your business.

Buyers get an interactive page: your story, your numbers as charts they can pull on, the photos, and a locked data room behind it. Below is our sample company, shown exactly as buyers see one.

The interactive buyer presentation for a fictional sample company, scrolling from the photo hero through the asking price, the six reasons it deserves a look, how the deal is framed and what the price buys
The financials section of the sample presentation: three years of revenue, direct costs and operating expenses as bars, with tabs for profit, margins and where revenue goes
Your numbers, presented properly. Three years side by side, every figure the owner's and tied to the statements, with the reasoning shown.
The data room of the sample company: the owner's headline figures, an index of nine document sections, and the first statements with their open buttons
The locked data room. Documents open one buyer at a time, under a signed confidentiality agreement, and every open is logged.

Everything gets built

Your estimate of valueWorked up from your own statements, with the reasoning shown. An estimate, never a certified appraisal.
Your buyer presentation, built for youAn interactive page buyers explore: the story, the charts, a forecast they test themselves. You see it before any buyer does.
Your data room, assembled and lockedWe organize your documents behind a signed confidentiality agreement. Opened one buyer at a time, every open logged.
Your business, marketed quietlyBuyers Market Club members hear first, seven days before anything public, then we market beyond them. No name, no address, nothing identifying until a buyer has signed and you have approved.

Nothing goes public

Confidential is the system,
not a promise.

Asking what your business is worth changes nothing. No listing goes up, no sign goes in a window, and nobody but a Senior Deal Advisor knows you asked. When we do take your business to market, the system keeps it quiet.

BLIND FIRSTNo name until an agreement is signed

Buyers see the business without anything identifying it. Your name is shared only after a signed confidentiality agreement, and only once you approve.

A PERSON CHECKSWe confirm who's asking

A request for your documents lands with a person, not a system. We call to confirm the buyer is real before anything opens.

EVERY OPEN LOGGEDYou can see who read what

Documents open one buyer at a time, and every open is recorded. Seriousness shows in the log.

ONE CLICK CLOSES ITAccess ends when you say

Any buyer's access can be shut off in one click, and the record of what they saw stays.

Free. No obligation. Nobody hears your business is for sale.

Ready when you are

Here's exactly what happens next.

STEP 1Two quick steps

Tell us about the business, then where to send the plan. About two minutes, and nothing identifies you until you choose.

STEP 2Your plan comes back

Your plan, walked through personally right after your file is reviewed: what it could sell for and exactly how we would sell it.

STEP 3You decide everything

Sell now, get ready for next year, or just keep your number. Talking to us obligates you to exactly nothing.

Fair questions

Asked by almost every owner.

01Is this a formal appraisal?
No. Every valuation is an estimate, not a certified appraisal: a starting point with reasoning behind it, built from what you tell us and what comparable businesses sell for. For a rough instant range, the valuation tool on our site works in about a minute; your plan goes deeper, from your own statements.
02Who sees what I type here?
A Senior Deal Advisor, and nobody else. Nothing is published, no listing is created, and nothing is shared without your approval. Buyers learn who you are only after they sign a confidentiality agreement, and only once you have approved it.
03What does all of this cost?
Nothing up front, ever. The estimate and the plan are free. If you list with us, the presentation, the data room and the marketing are built at no charge too: we are paid a success fee at closing, out of the sale, only if your business sells.
04How much work is this for me?
Less than you would think. You answer a guided form at your own pace, on your phone if you like, and upload what you have. Phone photos are fine. We build the presentation, the data room and the marketing from there, and you approve everything before any buyer sees it.
05Do I have to sell?
No. Plenty of owners get their plan years before they act, and "someday, just curious" is one of the answers on the form. Knowing what it's worth is simply better than guessing.
06What happens after I hit the button?
Your file goes straight to a Senior Deal Advisor. As soon as it is reviewed they come back with the plan: the number, the reasoning, and how we would take it to market. One conversation, and you decide everything after it.
You built it. When you're ready, let the selling be ours.

Free plan first. A success fee only at closing, only if it sells.
